1. Acceptance & Engagement Framework
By accessing this website or submitting a proposal request to ERYNTO LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Specific client development projects, website builds, and software integrations are governed by itemized individual Master Services Agreements (MSA) or formal Statement of Work (SOW) proposals issued upon mutual agreement.
2. Proposals & Technical Scoping
Initial inquiries submitted through this website do not constitute a binding contract. ERYNTO LLC evaluates incoming project requirements and provides scoped commercial proposals detailing exact deliverables, technical specifications, execution milestones, and commercial terms.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All website designs, custom source code, documentation, and digital solutions delivered under a executed proposal become the property of the client upon full commercial settlement of agreed project fees, as stipulated in the individual agreement. Brand assets, trademarks, and pre-existing ERYNTO proprietary frameworks remain protected intellectual property.
4. Hosting, Ongoing Maintenance & Installation
Unless explicitly included in an executed proposal or retainer contract, hosting infrastructure, domain acquisition, ongoing code maintenance, and third-party API subscriptions are managed separately or retainers established by agreement.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any commercial agreements entered into with ERYNTO LLC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of state or federal courts located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
